Who is responsible for your data
The www.ansvista.com site and its contact form are operated by Ansvista. The party responsible for personal data is Ansvista, at 75 Nguyen Dong Chi, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi.
Send any question or request about personal data to ansvista@gmail.com.
This policy applies to the www.ansvista.com site and the contact form on it.
Data we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect only what we need to reply to you. That is:
- What you type: full name, email, company name, phone number (optional) and your message.
- A record of your consent: when you agreed, which version of the consent wording you saw and the language of the page.
- Marketing source parameters: if you arrive through a link with utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term or utm_content, these parameters are kept in your browser’s sessionStorage for the visit and sent with the form so we know where the request came from. They are gone when you close the tab.
- The contact request record does not contain your IP address or browser details, and our server logs do not record what you wrote in the form.
Analytics and tracking technologies
To understand how the site is used and to stop spam, the site uses or will use the third-party tools listed below.
You can decline by blocking cookies and analytics scripts in your browser settings or with an extension, or by contacting us for help. If you block Cloudflare’s verification step you will not be able to send the contact form; you can still reach us directly by email, Messenger or Zalo.
- Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: no cookies. Vercel Analytics recognises a visit with a hash of the request and discards it after 24 hours. Vercel Speed Insights measures page-load performance and Web Vitals (Largest Contentful Paint, Total Blocking Time, Cumulative Layout Shift) without cookies or personal identifiers. The data collected is the time, page address, referrer, coarse geographic location, operating system, browser and device type.
- PostHog and GA4 (Google Analytics 4): once enabled, these tools use identifiers and cookies to measure visits and how the site is used, and may be shared between www.ansvista.com and app.ansvista.com.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: only on the contact page, to tell real people from automated programs. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals, including the IP address, to check; we do not store that IP address with your request.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 (in force from 1 January 2026) and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP, which guides it. Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP replaces Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP from 1 January 2026.
Your consent on the form covers contact and advice only. We do not send you marketing or newsletters unless you agree to that separately. The purposes are:
- Replying to your contact request and advising you as you asked. Basis: your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form yourself.
- Security and spam prevention for the contact form.
- Aggregate usage statistics to improve the site.
Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed for us by the processors listed below. Zalo and Messenger are third-party contact channels: if you message us there, the message is handled by those services under their own policies.
- Supabase: storing contact requests.
- Resend: sending the email that tells the Ansvista team about your request.
- Vercel: hosting the site, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
- Cloudflare: Turnstile on the contact page.
- PostHog and Google (GA4): usage analytics, once enabled.
Cross-border transfers
The processors above may host their servers outside Vietnam. When data is transferred abroad, the transfer is made under Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP.
Specific server regions: Supabase: Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Vercel: United States and global edge network. Cloudflare: global edge network. Resend: United States. PostHog and Google (GA4): United States..
Retention
We keep your contact request and its consent record for 24 months from the date of your last interaction.
You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time under Your rights. The consent record is kept together with the matching contact request.
Your rights and how to exercise them

- to ask for your data to be deleted;
