Parties and the service
These terms apply when you use the Ansvista service, operated by Ansvista.
Ansvista is a service that tracks how your brand appears in the answers of AI engines, at app.ansvista.com. Tracking runs on a fixed schedule, not in real time, and which AI engines are tracked depends on the plan you choose.
Plans and payment
Plans, prices and limits are the ones shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. These terms do not repeat those figures.
Prices are in Vietnamese dong and exclude VAT.
Payment is by bank transfer using a VietQR code.
All plans are charged from the day you sign up.
Plans do not renew automatically: to keep using the service after each billing cycle, you pay for the next one.
Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancelling means not paying for the next billing cycle.
Refunds: No refund after the plan is activated.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:
- abuse or disrupt the platform, or try to gain unauthorised access to it;
- try to get around the limits of the plan you chose;
- resell the service or offer it to others without an agreement with Ansvista.
Illustrative content
Examples, illustrations and mockups on this website use fictional brands and illustrative figures. They are not the real results of any customer and do not guarantee the results you will achieve.
Third-party AI engines
Tracking results come from third-party AI engines, collected through a data provider. Ansvista does not control what those engines answer.
An AI engine may become temporarily unavailable or change how it answers; tracking of that engine may then be interrupted or change.
Data and intellectual property
You own the data and brand content you put into the service. Ansvista owns the platform, the software and the components that make up the service.
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Ansvista does not guarantee that third-party AI engines will answer in a particular way, or that tracking results will contain no discrepancies.
Ansvista is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss. Total liability shall not exceed the service fees you paid in the three most recent months.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Disputes are resolved before the competent People's Court of Vietnam.
Language
These terms are available in Vietnamese and English. The Vietnamese version governs; the English version is a convenience translation.
How a difference between the two versions is handled, especially for consumers (Decree 55/2024/NĐ-CP), is awaiting confirmation by counsel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each update has a version and an effective date at the top of the page.
